Hello neighbors!

Hello neighbors!

It was great to see so many of you in-person at the annual meeting on September 29. We were very fortunate to hold the meeting at the Cougar Mountain Middle School. It’s truly a beautiful school that fits perfectly in our mountain community of Talus. Mayor Mary Lou Pauly, City staff, police staff, and fire department staff were all in attendance and answered questions on a variety of topics brought up by our residents.

During the annual meeting, we held board of director elections and Manny Ake and I were both reelected to the two open board seats. Thank you for putting your trust in us and allowing us to serve again on the seven-member board. After the annual meeting, as we do each year at this time, the board members met together, and we chose new officers. I am excited to let you know that Mike Yonce was voted unanimously as our new board president. We are incredibly lucky to have Mike in our community and I have every confidence that he will be a terrific president! Serving as president for the past five years has been both an honor and a privilege. I’m so proud of what we have accomplished in this time, and I am excited for what’s ahead.

Finally, I hope to see many of you at our neighborhood Halloween party on Saturday, October 29!

With gratitude,
Brookie Scholl

Panorama Welcome Party

Panorama homeowners and buyers awaiting completion of their new homes enjoyed a catered “Meet Your Neighbors” reception at the Panorama model home on July 16th. The event also showcased the new house plan coming to Panorama this winter that features 4 levels, each with unobstructed views of the Cascade Mountains from all 4 floors. The elevator eliminates the stairs when you don’t want the exercise.
