A collaboration of talent

Dan Hayes (right center) is the managing partner of Talus 7&8 LLC, the company that owns Panorama. His Maple Valley based company, JR Hayes Corporation, developed the Panorama home sites, community parks and trails, and has recently completed work on Bravern Towers in Bellevue, Snoqualmie Casino, and the redevelopment of Seattle’s Key Arena, among many others.

Dan Lungren (left center) is the founder of Lungren Homes in Woodinville, the builder of each of the new homes in Panorama. Dan has built up to 1000 homes a year, but today focuses his attention on building fewer homes in smaller communities close to employment centers throughout 5 counties of greater Puget Sound.

Rick Lawton (left) is the Principal Partner at RPM Partners in Redmond and has worked with Hayes and Lungren in the development of the Panorama home plans and features. Rick’s brokerage company also oversees the sales and marketing of the community and the homes within Panorama.

Steve Gilpatrick (right) is Community Sales Manager for Panorama. For over 10 years Steve has helped Lungren’s home buyers customize their home to reflect their own lifestyle and personal design choices. Home buyers and real estate agents often commend him for his knowledge, attention to detail, and compassion.
